How to create a document?

To create a document, simply go to New Document →  Choose the document type →  Enter document information →  Enregistrer


Is it possible to create a deposit invoice?

Yes, it is possible to create invoices of types Deposit, Balance, and Proforma when you want to create an invoice. Just choose the invoice type in the very first field to fill: The default type is a simple invoice.


How to modify a document?

To modify a document, simply go to its visualization or the document listing in table format, then click on the pencil iconedit


How to delete a document?

To delete a document, simply go to its visualization or the document listing in table format, then click on the more options button and then click on the trash bin icondelete


How to modify the document format?

You can modify the configuration of your document format in your account settings by clicking on the iconaccount_circle Invoice Template   →then select your printing theme and the color that suits you best, and save


How to modify company information?

To modify the information related to your company, go to your account settings by clicking on the iconaccount_circle →  Brand Information   →Then, at the bottom of the page, click on Edit, fill in the new information, and save


How to send a document?

To send a document, make sure that the client's email is correct and available on the document. You have two options: Display documents in table format, click on more options for the document to be sent, and click on Send by email, or from the document visualization, click on the iconoutgoing_mail


How to approve a quote?

To have a quote approved, make sure that the client's email is correct and available on the document. Go to the visualization of the quote, display more options, and then click on the buttonSend for Approve


Is it possible to create an invoice for an existing quote?

Yes, it is possible to create an invoice for a quote by simply going toNew Document →  Quotation to Invoicethen, choose from the list of existing quotes the one to migrate, select an invoicing date, and validate. You will find a new invoice document that you can modify if needed.
